Obviously this does not let her see through Batman Ally stealth, but! How does this work with Compel? Since you normally cannot use mind control on an ally, when you use compel with her to affect one of your characters like Talia for example, Does the feat override the SP and give Talia Al Ghul 1 click of healing? I dont think so, but im sure someone is going to try this at some point in time, so better have it up now than after they need it.

I'd say that the words opposing character in the power would rule out any shenangians with compel. You wouldn't get the bonus or healing as the compelled character is still friendly to you.
