When the character occupies water terrain, lines of fire drawn to it are blocked..


Is there ANY way of targettting a character who has submerged with ranged?

2 gun kid said pulse wave, would that actually work?

Cap America and Pulsewave.

Captain America, for one, is only blocked by walls and indoor blocking terrain. Submerged/water is neither one of those.

There may be some others that I can't recall off the top of my head, but there aren't many.


Then again, water terrain is pretty gosh darned rare and there is always close combat, Poison, EE, and PW

captain america... de-feated... thats about it

Actually, de-feated won't work- it only removes the feats of the active player, so camo, submerged, heightened reflexes, etc., still will be in effect.
