I find it funny that many people I know have a lot of common with their favorite super-hero of all time.

Mine is obviously Iron Man, followed by the Punisher.

A loner (in the aspect that he handles his problems himself, and doesn't ask for help or shares his emotions with others.)

I'm all of those above except for the rich or inventor part. I'm innovative... but I'm no inventor by any means.

Its funny that most of those things are rather undesirable traits. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but if you admire Tony because of those qualities, it could be time to look for a new role model.

Oh, and Dr. Doom is my favorite comic character. He's the ultimate villain, and villains are the reason stories are classic, for without a villain, there can't be a hero. And, of course, he's a badass character, as well.

My favorite character is Captain America but I don't see what I have in common with him. I'm not even american!

I didn't attack what he said, I said that its funny that what he finds appealing about Stark are usually considered unappealing qualities. In most cases, being arrogant, conceited and a womanizer are reasons people would dislike a character. Personally, that's what I didn't like about the Iron Man movies, but I can't fault Robert Downey Jr. for that: he played the character perfectly. But that's also why I don't read Iron Man comics very much. Arrogance is a trait that I detest in people.

I guess I'm a bit like Black Panther. I'm a deep thinker with a strong sense of responsibility. And I can think on my feet pretty well.

I think people are often drawn to characters that are like them in some ways, except better, so they give them something to aspire to.

It was a lot better than usual KO, but still a bit aggressive. Generally when some says "I don't mean to be a [insert undesirable title] here" they are about to say something that is exactly that. I have a little excercise I do where whenever I'm about to say "I don't mean to be a..." I stop before I say it.

But still, it showed admirable restraint, so well done.

I hate it when people say "I don't mean to sound racist but..." because I just know they're about to say something racist.

Yeah, its like saying "promise you won't get mad". Evidently, what you're going to say is something that would cause the person to get angry.

Oh I'm sure somewhere out there is a female Asian scientist that plays clix.
