When Dr. Manhattan is attacked by an opposing character, the Aspect Dial determines which of Dr. Manhattans dials will be used when he makes his own attack. After the opposing character's attack is resolved, roll 2D6. If the result of the roll is equal to, or greater than a number shown on the Aspect Dial, the attack is made by the dial indicated next to the slot; if the result of the roll is greater than or equal to multiple numbers on the Aspect Dial, use the highest result only.
If the dial that was supposed to make the attack has been defeated, the attack is made by the next lower dial.
TURNING THE ASPECT DIAL
At the beginning of the game, set Dr. Manhattan's Aspect Dial to the green starting line. After any attack by Dr. Manhattan is resolved, turn the Aspect Dial a number of slots equal to the damage dealt by the attack (or the highest damage dealt to a single character by the attack). The Aspect Dial can continue to turn past it's starting position and has no end.
LEAVE ME ALONE
If the (BULLSEYE?) is on DR. Manhattan's Aspect Dial after it has been turned, immediatelt resolve his "Leave Me Alone" Special Power, as explained on his character card
Hope that helps

I've got to ask...did you type it yourself, get it from somewhere else, or is your Adobe just way better than mine?
