Got some updates

Did a Hawkeye:


Going to take some more pics of that when I get some time - might even repaint it darker - wanted to try a gloss white base for it, so it made everything look like Hawk was wearing pastels LOL Still like it... Except for those eye - new brushes on Tuesday when store has their sale.

Made two Wolverines - really don't like the WoS sculpt, and I will prolly use it for a mode base - First is a HoH cut apart and some clix parts:



Someone asked me the other day about the paper clips suspending the clix - I tried to explain it two ways - points of articulation (in case you didn't like the pose) and not everyone needs hot glue effects (See my Shazaammmmmm coming through the clouds in my custom link... ugh)

Second Wolverine - more in progress - needs a base coat, some touch up sanding, and then some paint - but will look intense when done - started following some Warhammer tutorials for this one:



So far so good - just need to adjust his mask on the left side.

Alright - Don't know that I will catch flak for this one - BUT - imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, AND, the only way I have ever gotten better at anything is by trying to compete with the big boys.

Ben Misenar's Ares digital sculpt was epic - so epic, that I couldn't wait for Wizkids to come out with it - so I did the next best thing... and honestly, I wouldn't bother posting it if it didn't look disgustingly good - So, Mr. Misenar - hope I didn't step on your toes or anything, but had to have one.
