I feel bad b/c I know everyone has been so patient and there is so much hype about the set.

I need to be doubly sure that we're solid on redemption - i remember not being ready for the "Crisis" redemption and I vowed to be extra cautious moving forward.

Actually, I'm finding myself more concerned about being made aware of where to go and when we'll be able to get that Wizkids customer # (or whatever you'll be calling it) we'll need in order to be able to use PayPal.

Part of me is just interested because I miss not having an official "membership"/player number. Will we be able to print out an official card? (For some reason this sort of thing makes me feel seven years old. Of course, back then it was a Banana Splits Club membership card...*)

The account creation process will be straight forward.

1. Click Create User Account
   
2. Fill in basic info
   
3. Press the Submit button
   
4. Get an email from Wizkids
   
5. Click the link in the email to activate your account
   
6. Tada!

Redemption is pretty straight forward too

• Login
  
• Click the redemption button
  
• Select which payment option you will use (Traditional or PayPal)
  
• Traditional Redeemers - Dload form and move forward as previous redemptions

PayPal redeemers

• Click the amount you are paying
  
• Login to you Paypal account
  
• Pay via Paypal
  
• Return to WK.com
  
• Check you email (get 1 email from Paypal and 1 email from WizKids)
  
• Print out your receipt from PayPal
  
• Print out the pre-filled out redemption form from WizKids
  
• Redeem as usual (attach Paypal receipt, store receipt, 10 barcodes)
  
• Mail away to Alliance

It's all pretty easy

I hope you know I wasn't being sarcastic. I really do believe you guys are working hard to get to the gold standard you seem destined for. Ignore the nay-sayers out there and keep on working your butts off!

I think that it's better to have the redemption go live on Monday rather than the weekend. Many places don't have a post office open on weekends.
