K so my question is this, say Character 1 is attacking Character 2
Character 2 is part of a theme team, Ch.2 also has one token currently on themselves
Ch.1 makes attack, Ch.2 uses theme team probability, placing the 2nd token on them, k so if Ch.2 defense was 18, and placing the 2nd token makes it push, new defense becomes 17,
does the roll still have to roll high enough to hit the 18 since that was the initial attack?
Does pushing happen after the action, making the previous question unneccesary?

from rulebook
Any character on a themed team (including bystander tokens) can use Probability Control. The character using Probability Control in this way must not have already taken an action this turn and must be given an action token. This ability can be used once for every two characters on the team with the shared keyword.
from PAC
PROBABILITY CONTROL Once during your turn, this character allows you to reroll one of your rolls, ignoring the original roll. A character using this power must be within 10 squares of the character for which the original roll was made, and have a clear line of fire to that character, including itself. Using the same rules, once per round during an opponent’s turn, this character allows you to force that opponent to reroll one of their rolls, ignoring the original roll.
From Blackest night Rulebook
PUSHING
When a character recieves a second action token
(usually because it has taken an action on two
consecutive turns), deal one pushing damage to
that character. Game effects that evade, reduce,
ignore, or transfer damage do not affect pushing
From orginal FF starter
Pushing. If you give an action (other than a free action) to the
same character on two consecutive turns, give the character a second action
token and turn its combat dial once clockwise (the same direction as when
the character takes damage) after it resolves all other aspects and effectsdamage unless the effect specifically says it does.
the bold originally helped with this i think, but now i dont knw if this is settled yet?
but pushing doesn't say "after" since Blackest came out.....
Hmmm, I thought I read in another thread that it does happen after the action is resolved. Unless it's been changed with the BN PAC and the new Player's Guide?

Pushing
On page 7, the first sentence of this heading ends: ―… deal
one pushing damage to that character after actions resolve.‖ Pushing damage triggered by or during an action must be
resolved before the end of the game can be determined.
Found the answer sorry ppl
Im blind i guess
so ya the attack is made then you resolve the action, then you push the character
