Bombastic Bagman and Pulsewave?

Does Pulsewave also cancel out Bombastic Bag-Man's trait?

Just want to confirm before my next tournament where I plan on using him.

Lancelot is correct. Unless something specifically says that it cannot be ignored (such as Ulik or Firestar's special powers) then pulse wave ignores it.
