I know this has been answered befor but I could not find it.
If Bagman is hit for say 7damage he is KOed after 5. Dose the attacker take 5 or 7 from his kick me SP? I thought it was 7 am I right?

the attacker would take the amount of damage dealt as penetrating damage so if you hit BBBag-Man for 7 you would take 7.

E-roc is correct that Bombastic Bag-Man would deal 7 clicks of penetrating damage to the attacker. It's actually based on the amount of damage that Bombastic Bag-Man takes (not is dealt), however as far as the game is concerned, those two are always going to be the same number.
