Here's the hypothetical situation:
Nowhere to Hide is in play. Batman is occupying normal hindering terrain, allowing him to be Stealthed. Cosmic Boy TKs an object into the square Batman occupies. Assuming no other hindering terrain is a factor, is Batman still Stealthed?
Nice catch there Maraud. By the letter of the BFC the square would not longer be hindering terrain as "NOT" takes priority in most situations. I'd love to see an ORANGE clarify this as this is a one in a million situation but could have very interesting impact on Golden Age games.
Personally, I would have to go with the BFC and say that Batman loses the BA ability if he is standing on top of an object, that is placed under him in hindering terrain.
I agree with Maraud on this one. Had it said something like "Objects are not considered hindering for line of fire purposes" then it would be different.... but as it is, because it specifies the actual squares, a square of hindering terrain with an object in it (regardless of how it got there) is not hindering terrain.

It's been said multiple times before that if the answers given are in agreement, or there is at least a large consensus, then the Oranges have no reason to jump in. They still will, regardless, on occasion... but don't get your hopes up.
Maraud is pretty high up there with the Oranges too, he's pretty consistently shown a good understanding of the rules.

while this is a good idea you still need to be able to draw LOF to the target square so not that often that you can TK an object to a square containing a stealth char. If you can draw this LOF you can also probbly draw LOF to the stealth char to TK them.

not true, a character does not block LoF to the square that they are in.
