Just a another question form a new guy. I opened a booster and received a fig for The Wizard Shazam from Brave and the Bold, whoever I was a bit confused by the wording. On his first clicks, he's got "Confined to the Rock" which make him Earthbound/Neutralized. Earthbound/Neutralized says they possess standard speed attack defe, etc. instead of the combat abilities and symbols.

Does this mean that the other abilities he has while this power is active cut off or does it just keep him a non-flyer? (Does he still have Penetrating Psychic/Energy Shielkd Def.and View?) If not, how would he utilize this ability if it cuts all of them off. Thanks for the assistance.

Earthbound gives a character the following symbols:



It does not affect the character's powers.

Earthbound/Neutralized only affects combat abilities and symbols. It would turn him from flyer to non-flyer but have no other effect oh him, since he lacks any other combat abilites/symbols (such as Duo or Sharpshooter).

He would retain all his other powers.

So he cannot carry anyone while he is Confined to the Rock.
