Nice! Parade Leader (Mage Knight's Forced March) should be a real game mechanic for generics and Minions.

Hmm, the parade balloon reminds of the 1990 Batman movie when the Joker has his balloons filled with Joker toxin, and in looking how it plays, that would be a fun combo. Joker moves forward, carrying his mastermind fodder with him.. until he's ready to explode the balloon as part of his master plan.

Using that parade balloon and then popping it yourself seems like a nice way to both carry a bunch of characters with activation clicks into position and get them into battle-ready mode.
