I'm thinking of going with Thanos, Black Flash....but still undecided on the rest.

out of the three I would go for the scarlet witch. it never hurts to be able to re-roll ( barring the ever present crit-miss re-roll)

I should probably get Shellhead and maybe 1 other feat.

My suggestion would be to actually drop the black flash for a Kid Zoom [removes HSS figures like Chase Supermen from killing you], and using the extra points on a support figures like Lysa Drak. Just my suggestion, as Thanos loses to Icons Superman and bunches of other HSS figures, and.. as nice as Black Flash is, he doens't stop the figures from killing thanos.

Well, my theory is that one of my friends will be going for a lot of outwit, since he is obsessed with it. Doesn't Black Flash avoid outwit?

due to his TA he does avoid outwit. Just hope your friend does not run skrull-o-jacket, or time trapper.

I don't think he has any of those guys, to be honest. Every time I play him, he uses lockjaw (incorrectly, we just found out) and has a bunch of outwit.

use gamora if you have her. if not maybe a stealth outwitter/pc'er like anarchy.
