Don't think I've ever bad-mouthed a SR before -- publicly, anyway.

He's just kind of ... bland. I dunno. I thought they were doing some interesting things with HSS, and ... 'meh.'

Neat. A power similar to "The Flashes" but without the point cost! End dial OW is nice, too.

He is amazing! A flash with the scientest keyword and a solid base 3 damage. He will be a staple on most scientest teams.

He does look good. With his SP he can be "placed" near any other character before each attack.... After the second atack, can he finish his movement?

I'm liking this piece, but what an unfortunate name for a SP - "Around the world" - that's what your opponents are going to feel like you've done to them! Gone around the world on them!

Sculpt looks good, compared to some of the others in this set (damning with faint praise, I know), but I hope it doesn't break. I remember a similar pose for the Flash unique in Icons and they were always snapping off!

No, because there is no movememt portion involved. You simply place him adjacent before each attack.

That SP is going to wreck support pieces.

His special power is flurry, not HSS so there will be no moving for him in the traditional sense. You CAN pop the nurse on the far side of the board and then pop the front line attacker near your side of the board, but then you can't move after that.

This guy is going to be on every one of my teams for a while.

My only question is: what is with the name of the toughness Power? It looks like it is trying to finish the phrase "the brave and the bold" but, that other half isn't on the card.

I like that they gave Barry enough respect to give him 3 damage right off the bat. Combat Reflexes is a nice touch too, he never takes knockback damage in the comics.

I can't begin to imagine how often I'm going to use that end-dial Flurry to swing the game back in my favor... A+

I'll betcha Hal has it ("The Brave") on his dial.

The brave is Green Lantern.The bold is The Flash.

Probably because Hal Jordan will have "The Brave" as a named power.
