ANIMAL TEMPLATE: Once at the beginning of your turn, choose a standard attack power, standard speed power, or combat ability that another character within 8 squares and with the Animal keyword can use. Animal Man can use that power or ability until the beginning of your next turn if he can't already.
Combat ability= Giant, Duo, Flight, Transporter, dolphin, Indom and Flight. He can copy any of these from any fig within 8 thats Animal KW right?
1b) Only one power OR ability can be copied per turn right? (hence the ONCE at the begining of the description...)
2)Beast Boy
Quote
MORPH: Beast Boy Give Beast Boy a move action that deals no pushing damage. After the action resolves, replace him with any character with this trait on the same click number. Existing action tokens and action tokens for the action are applied to the replacement.
Can Beast Boy start the Game as a Bear/Chettah/T-Rex?
3) Live!
LIVE!:
Quote
-Insert name here- can use Regeneration. When turning the dial, if this click is revealed due to damage taken from an opponent's attack, stop turning the dial.
What powers (if nay) "ignore" Live? Does Penatrating?

Transporter and dolphin are not abilities. There are two Giant abilities: Giant Stride and Giant Size.
You are missing Carry, Move & Attack, Sharpshooter, Multi-Attack, Capture, Colossal Size, and Swim.

He sure can.
Now, if you are in a tourney, you start with the same one each game. As far as determining theme and such, you use the keywords of whichever one you have chosen.

Thanks for the help!
Only powers which IGNORE this will ignore it. IE, Pulse Wave.

OK I understand now. Most of those are irrelevant as no Animals have Sharpshooter and I don't see anyone using Starro!
OK next question:
Is this team legal for Floor?
Build
119 AN054 Barry Allen Floor required figs
80 AN013 Green Arrow
-----------------------------
157 CR023 Green Lantern other figs
44 JL015 Gypsy
400pts
Thats 199pts of DC75th and 201 pts of other. Is this ok?

If they are using the regular 50% Floor format, then it is not legal. You need a minimum of 200 points from the set used for floor.
I fthe only figure within my range is Sthealthed, is he a legal target?
yes, in PWs description it lists what type of terrain would block its line of fire.
PULSE WAVE Give this character a ranged combat action; halve its range value until the action has been resolved. Draw lines of fire to every character within range in every direction; these lines of fire are only blocked by walls, blocking and elevated terrain. All powers, abilities, traits and feats used by characters with a line of fire drawn to them are ignored until the action has been resolved, though wild cards using this power can use the team ability of a friendly character within range of this attack. At least one opposing character must have a line of fire drawn to it to activate this power. If ignoring a game effect would cause a character with a line of fire drawn to it to no longer have a line of fire drawn to it, then it is not ignored. If lines of fire can be drawn to two or more characters, this character’s damage value becomes 1 until the action has been resolved. Make a single attack roll and compare the result to the defense value of each character with a line of fire drawn to it (hindering terrain still increases character’s defense values by +1); each character hit is dealt damage. Attacks made with this power do not target characters.

How would that say no? Basically that lines says that if ignoring Stealth would cause a character that already has a LOF drawn to it no longer have a LOF drawn to it, then you would ignore the Stealth. Ignoring Stealth doesn't cause the Pulse Wave character to lose the LOF. So that line never applies.

Just making sure. So if X-Ray (who has Pulsewave and Sharpshooter) is TK'd next to Batman (who is in stealth), and if no other fig is within 5 squares, Bats gets hit for 2 damage upon a sucessful attack roll?

Assuming X-Ray is on his first click (and not the last 2) then yes.
LEAPFROG: Chase Stein can use Leap/Climb. Chase Stein can use the Carry ability to carry up to eight friendly characters that must have the Kid, Runaways, or Teen keyword. Chase Stein can carry friendly characters with the Runaways keyword regardless of their attack and speed symbols. Chase Stein's speed value is not modified by the Carry ability.
That's fine. Nothing prevents a multi-based figure from being carried.
Page 14: "They {multi-based characters} can be carried if their combat symbols allow it."
In this case, the symbols are allowed.
Except characters with the combat symbol cannot be carried and the Wonder Twins have the combat symbol. Chase Stein could carry them due to his special power if they had the Runaways keyword, but they do not.

I read that too fast...as in "they can carry teens, kids, and Runaways regardless of symbol."
