Please quote the game effect in question to help avoid confusion. I am assuming you mean this special power?

Invisible: Any character that is 7 or more squares from Susan Richards can’t draw a line of fire to her.



If so, nothing in that description ever says LOF is blocked. Instead, LOF just can't be drawn, period. Since nothing is blocking LOF, there is nothing for Aquaman's special power to work with. If he is 7 or more squares away, Aquaman can't draw LOF to Susan.

So if Aqualad occupies water terrain, even characters friendly to him cannot Perplex him, TK him from range or use Probability Control on him?

Probably not. Unless the other character has some way to ignore blocking terrain when drawing LOF, the special power would block any and all incoming lines of fire.
