Would one damage be also assested to the action token if you roll double sixs on an Incap? I know it used to but don't know about now.
yes, a critical hit always increases the damage dealt in any type of attack except "No Damage" (ie, mind control) attacks.
INCAPACITATE Give this character a close combat or ranged combat action; its damage value becomes 0 until the action has been resolved. If the attack succeeds, give the target an action token.
0 DAMAGE
Damage from an attack that deals 0 damage can be modified. It can deal damage to the target as a result of a critical hit or to the attacker as a result of a critical miss. If the damage is not modified, the target is not damaged.
If you roll a 12 (two 6s) on an attack roll, you automatically hit the target, regardless of what you needed to roll to hit. This is called a critical hit. A critical hit increases by 1 damage dealt to all successfully hit targets.
