If you have two different characters equipped with the Outsmart feat adjacent to a third character, what happens when an enemy tries to outwit the third character?
Does the outwitter have to roll once and compare the roll against two different dice rolls from the player he's trying to outwit (one for each outsmart feat equipped)?
Does the outwitter and outwittee have to roll twice, one roll against each of the figures equipped with outsmart?
Or does the feat not stack and there would only be one roll, regardless of the number of times outsmart is equipped?
If the feat does stack, and the outwitting player has to beat multiple rolls, what happens if the roll beats one of the outsmart figures, but loses the other one? I'd assume that the outwit would fail.

This isn't the correct forum for discussing the rules of the game. The Rules of Combat forum is where game rules are discussed. This is the FORUM rules forum, where we discuss the rules of HCRealms. They really need to change the name of this forum to "Realms Practices" or something since at least 8 people make this mistake every week. : - )
When asking about a game element, it's always best to quote the item in question. It makes it easier on those of us trying to answer the question.

Interesting question. Here's the game text:

Choose a character. When a power possessed by the character or an adjacent friendly character would be countered by an opposing character’s power or ability, you and the opposing character’s controller each roll 2d6. If your result is more, the power is not countered instead.
I would say that both feats trigger sequentially. You and your opponent roll 2d6. If the Outwit is still a going concern, you do it again for the other feat.

So then, say there are 2 outsmart feats equipped.... there would be 4 total dice rolls... one for the outwitter and the first instance of outsmart, and then the outwitter and outwittee roll again for the second instance (assuming the outwitter won the first one)?

Yes. Both players roll and then both players roll again, if necessary.

I find this very effective when I field multiple Warskrulls: assign Outsmart to all of them and keep them adjacent. My opponent and I once rolled 4 times for Outsmart; on that occassion, I lost all 4 rolls. That was a bad Dice Karma day

That does indeed suck. I hate bad Dice Karma days.
