I know all the golden age ATAs switched from TA to keyword. Did this effect Brilliant Tactian too?

Brilliant Tactician functions with both team symbols and keywords and has done so since it was reprinted in Justice League.


BRILLIANT TACTICIAN
Cost: 20
Prerequisite: Outwit and Perplex

Choose a character. Outwit does not need to show in the character’s stat slot in order for the character to use this feat. When the character uses Perplex, the character can affect every target friendly character that shares a team symbol or keyword with it. The character must have clear line of fire to each target.

Availability: Fantastic Forces F003, Icons F006, Justice League F003

Note that this isn't automatically true for every feat that references team abilities or team symbols. By far, the majority of them remain keyed as they have always been.

Yes, it does, but I just want to point out that the wording I gave above is the wording for Brilliant Tactician, period. The older versions of Brilliant Tactician (FF and Icons) no longer really exist.

When a printed game element (like feats or BFCs) is released, it replaces any older element with the same name. Some times, it is just a minor tweak to the words (like Brilliant Tactician)... some times, the entire thing is revamped from the ground up (compare the old Collateral Damage Flashbang to the current Arkham Flashbang).
