Hi everyone. I have what may seem to be a stupid question:
Can Kyle Rayner (75th, 169pts) move & then use TK as a free action, similar to outwit, prob, or perplex? It IS a "free action" as long as he doesn't have any A.Tokens... I thought that, like outwit, he may move-use his free action-then recieve a Token, but I'm not sure if this is the case. Any help would be great, Thanks.

Though if you did have a way to move Kyle without him getting a token (Warbound, for example), then yes you could use his TK as a free action after the movement has resolved.

The proper way to do this is give the character a move action. The character moves. The move action resolves and the character gets an action token. The character is given a free action to use Outwit.
This is because they are two separate actions and the move action must resolve before you can assign the free action.
Also note that Probability Control isn't an action at all.
This I didn't know. The usuals I play with have always done it and I will be sure to let them know as well. Thanks again, everyone here has been more than helpful.

Don't misunderstand what he's saying. You can use Outwit after moving a character. You just have to assign the action token for the move action first. It matters because you might push a character off Outwit, if it's a 2nd action token.
Say a charactor is perplexing down an opposing charactor's defense and that charactor is having his defense replaced by another charactor with Defend does the perplex have any effect on the charactor who Defense is being overridden.

This used to be an issue but not any more
Replace then modify - Target gets their defence replaced then Perplex modifies that
