No because he has the Indomitable ability.

Indomitable comes from the

defense symbol printed on his dial. (That's the only ability provided by the

defense symbol.)

According to the units section, 70 characters have the ability. You'd probably do best doing a search there and seeing which of those characters you own. (Or click here.)
