Skrull yellow jacket and time trapper both have a special power that says they can outwit team abilites. My question is can they outwit the power cosmic/quintessence team ability? ive been discussing it with someone and he presents a good point some official ruling will be nice thank you.

Yes, they can. The TAs used to say that they can't be countered but it was removed.

The team abilities say that their powers cannot be countered. Team abilities are abilities not powers so they can be countered.
