I have a suspicion that this wasn't intended.

The target can use stealth until he uses this power, and he can't use this power if he can't draw LoF.

That means that the only time it will be useful is if the target doesn't have stealth, he uses this power on them, and the target then takes damage that places them on a stealth click.

At that time they are unable to use stealth, so maybe you can take another shot at them and knock them out or back off of stealth...

... Or not, and they get stealth back at the beginning of your next turn and you are unable to use this power on them.

If the power is worded differently from what has been officially reported, then I apologize, but this one stood out to me for some reason.

If I remember correctly, doesn`t his trait say he ignores stealth? I may be wrong though...

I have a suspicious this is exactly what was intended.

Trait+special power=Rohijaz can draw line of fire to a character using stealth, and then prevent them from using it for the rest of the turn.

Thus making the Stealthy character not-so-Stealthy for the rest of your force to attack!

its not enough range for a power action... at least 5 squares would have been better... or make it an free action... oh well.
