I have a quick question about LEs. I know back in the day, LEs were automatically considered Uniques. I was wondering if this is still the case, as "Unique" is no longer a rarity level (or if that is even relevant), or if a LE still needed to have a Silver Ring to be considered a Unique. Secondly, does this differ between OP LEs and Exclusive LEs?
As a specific example, the Cap OP kit has 5 LE figs. Only Bob,Agent of Hydra has a Uniqur Silver Ring. Obviously I cannot field 2 of him on a force. But what about Successful Dirk Anger? He is a LE, and he has no Unique Silver Ring. Am I permitted to field multiples on a force?

Unique characters are identified by their silver/gold/bronze ring. If a character doesn't have one, it's not a Unique (it doesn't matter wether it's a LE or not). You can play multiple Successfull Dirk Anger if you wish.
"UNIQUE CHARACTERS
If a character is Unique, only one copy of that character can be part of your force. Unique characters have a silver ring on their bases (older Unique characters may have a gold or bronze ring). A force cannot be assembled with two Unique characters with the same name, the same set symbol, and the same collector’s number. If a character is not Unique, you may include as many copies of it on your force as you wish, within the constraints of the force’s build total."
(from the rulebook)

Awesome! That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the confirmation.
