Who would you recomend?

Look no further than the Sinister Syndicate. Well, maybe a little further. Bullseye and Purple Man come to mind. And Carnage. And... and... odds are good that if they're a bad guy and from NYC, then they meet your criteria.

Sabretooth has always seemed a tad bit unhinged.

Norman Osbourne should have a place on that team.

I'd name Maximus, as he fits both criteria, but he's not a good game piece...

Void yes. I won't call the Sentry pyschoctic. He is out for random caos or bent on causing pain.

This just seems like an excuse to build a team around Deadpool. Kick Deadpool off the team. He may fit the criteria but I feel like it's just too easy to use him, and you can do better. There are plenty of options more creative than using Wade.

Actually I'm using Carnage and Bullseye as my core. Trying to build around them. I have the X-Force team for deadpool.

That's a pretty well rounded team. I like it.
