So those of you who have played on Bizarro World, or any maps with tons of elevated terrain... How do colossal figs work on this map? Can small figs see them from anywhere on the map basically? Do colossals hit a certain elevated height like those printed on the map?

Like they do on any other map

Depends on the relative location of both characters (colossal and otherwise) trying to draw LOF. Just because a character can use Great Size doesn't mean you can automatically draw LOF to that character... it is much easier to draw LOF to them, but it is not guaranteed. For example:
GEN
G = Giant (or colossal)
E = Some elevated terrain higher than the elevation of G or N
N = standard sized character
E would block LOF between G and N. In fact, if G was actually occupying the same level as E, but not on the rim, the LOF would still be blocked.

Characters using Great Size always occupy whatever elevation they are actually sitting on; that never changes. Then, for LOF, then can draw LOF as if they occupy that level or higher (with no upper limit). But that doesn't mean you can always draw LOF (see above).
When asking if Line of Fire is blocked by elevated terrain, you have to questions:
Is the elevated boundary in the same square as the *higher* of the two ends of the line of fire?
Is the elevated boundary higher than the lowest end of the line of fire?
If the answer to either question is "Yes", then that line of fire isn't blocked.
So, in your example, the line of fire is blocked because their is an elevated boundary higher than the lower endpoint of the line. The normal figure is at elevation 1, so the elevation 2 boundary line blocks.
Now is that LOF blocked when Colossals are looking for smaller figures as well?
Or is it still blocked in a scenario like...
C= Colossal on Elevation 1
E2= Elevation of 2
N= Normal Size Character
.= Normal terrain
C..E2E2E2..N
.................
Would that mean that LOF is blocked?
I would also like to point out that this is the exact scenario I described in my example... and I mentioned there that LOF was indeed blocked between the two.
For future reference, what was not clear about my example?
I think what he was asking (and I could be wrong, but I'd like to know anyways), if a regular sized character was on level 4 elevation, but not the lip of the elevated terrain, and the colossal was on level 1 is line of fire blocked?

As long as there are no squares of higher elevation between. There can be lower elevation but never higher elevation.
Also Line of Fire,is a 2 way street. If I can see you, you can see me.

I'm not sure if that's what CountingGardens was asking, but I am.
Didn't know the "no upward limit" bit.
So, Superman hovering in the middle of the Jotenheim/Thor FF pack map. He's all the way up on level 4 eleveted, not on the rim, but not behind any blocking terrain... Imperiax is just outside his starting area on level 1 with a LOF clear to Supes besides the 3 levels of elevated terrain. Imperiax can draw LOF to Superman?
Dashes are squares and > being the square that elevation goes up (the rim)...
Impy (E1)>(E2)---->(E3)-->(E4)- Supes
If you have the map, Supes will be on square I,12. Imperiax will be on square I,22.

As long as there is no blocking terrain, higher elevated terrain, or another Giant or Colossal in the way, yes, LOF can be drawn.
This is because Imperiex can pretend he is at level 4 when LOF is drawn to/from him.
Which OS only useful during opponents turn. So o could still prob your attack.

Can 6X3s straddle the "staired" area on the outer edge of the map?
I have a related question. Specifically for the Bizarro World map, are the starting level 1 area and the elevated 3x6 level 3 area the only places a 3x6 Colossal is able to go? In other words, a Colossal can't go on level 4 on the side and have parts of its base hanging over level 3 can it? Or go to the middle level 3 section and have its base cover the square level 2 area?

They can only go where their entire base fits on the same elevation.

I could be way off base, but I thought colossals ignored elevated terrain for movement purposes....Well, actually they do...
Great Size
This character can't be knocked back. When this character makes a close combat attack, it may target characters on higher elevations. This character ignores the effects of hindering terrain, elevated, and outdoor blocking terrain on movement and can move through squares adjacent to and occupied by smaller opposing characters.
So does that not mean they can hang off of an elevation? I was under the impression that colossals flattened elevated terrain for the duration of their stay on said elevated terrain....again, could be way off.....
