Certainly can. Rapid Shot triggers when he makes a ranged combat attack, and he when he uses Running Shot, he makes a ranged combat attack.

I recently played him in the LOTR scenario and thought that this woldn't work. I thought he was good before... now he is rediculous

I cannot wait to get this guy and give him a run. 12 Attack from 10 Range (14 swing) with 3 Targets dealing out 5 Damage? Yes please. Throw an Enhancer in there for good measure. Legolas meet Rojhaz, Rojhaz meet Legoals.

Actually, within LotR vs. LotR battles, he makes perfect sense...Horde control.

In fact, a lot of those characters have Horde control powers, ones that allow them to affect multiple figures (read: Horde tokens): Quake, Pulse Wave, Flurry, et al.

He definitely was the scariest figure on my opponent's team, if not secondary to Gandalf.

But my Uruk-Hai, paired with the Mouth of Sauron, just kept them tied up turn after turn with his Fearsome Blows. It was beautiful, especially when I sent off my dual Olog-Hais on their Tramples...and didn't miss a single Trample roll.
