THIS PLACE IS GONNA EXPLODE!: During your opponent's turn, immediately after a character friendly to Big Figure is defeated, Big Figure or a character friendly to Big Figure can make a close combat attack or a ranged combat attack as a free action.
EXCESSIVE FORCE: When Magog KO's an opposing character, after actions resolve Magog may take one action as a free action.
If a character dies on the opponent's turn, and Magog gets to attack because of "THIS PLACE IS GONNA EXPLODE!", if he kills a character for that attack does he get to make another attack because of "EXCESSIVE FORCE"?

You are granted one free action, once that action resolves your free action is done and your opponent finishes their turn.

This has been debated in the dep cave. As far as I know, no final conclusion has been agreed upon.
My opinion is that you cannot do it because an effect has to specifically state that it allows you to be given an action on an opponent's turn.

Wouldn't Big Figure's power allow the action to take place on the opponent's turn, and in combination can then trigger the Magog's trait? Thinking of it as a chain of events the initial action allowed by Big Figure then allows Magog to finish his abilities on the opponent's turn as well. At least that's my logic in why it should be allowed.
But I'm generally surprised there's no definitive answer on this yet, considering how much time has gone by since these figures have come out.

Not really. In general, you can't give your characters actions (even free ones) during your opponent's turn. It takes specific permission, like This Place is Going to Explode, for that to happen.
So Big Figure let's Magog take a free action in a situation when he normally can't. Fine. And Magog KOs a character with that action. Also fine. Now that action has resolved... and now, normally, Magog can't be given any actions since it is still the opponent's turn. So even though his trait says that he may now take a free action, we've got a condition that says "no actions".
So which takes priority? Normally, a good rule of thumb is "can't" is more specific than "can". Which would indicate that Magog can't be given a free action even though his trait says he can. But that is just a rule of thumb, there are exceptions... so is this one of those?
This is why we're still waiting for a ruling. Personally, I agree with Harpua: Magog has done his bit courtesy of Big Figure and now he is done regardless of what his trait says.
