So here's the situation: Nemesis already has two action tokens. An opposing figure uses incapacitate on him. With a normal figure this would not do any damage because you can't add anymore action tokens. But Nemesis is a Colossal figure who can still make an action even when he has two action tokens but will take 1 unavoidable damage. Does this make any change to the incapacitate attack? I'm assuming not. Since he already has two tokens, he can't add anymore and incapacitate does no damage. Correct? Thanks from a fairly new player.
