Peanut Bases, Phasing Teleport, and Blocking Terrain
I've got a situation that I don't know how to resolve with peanut base movement for the In-Betweener. If I'm reading the rulebook right, the last square a peanut base figure moves through is the square where its second base gets placed when the movement is complete. With phasing teleport the In-Betweener can move through blocking terrain like it's not even there, but if the last square he left is still where his second base is placed, right? What if that last square is blocking terrain, is the movement illegal? Here's the extreme worst case scenario, a solid chuck of blocking terrain 9 squares thick runs the whole width of the map. If the In-Betweener's second to last square of movement has to be clear to make it across, then there's no way he can make it, his last square will always still be in the wall. I know I'm probably over thinking this, but I hate that the peanut base always feels like a liability. How exactly do you resolve the combination of game effects I've listed here?

Correct.

Yes, it is.

That is correct, though of course a map printed like that would almost certainly never be made.
