OK, quick question, here. If I'm playing a Hand team and have them assigned this ATA, does the Pulse Wave power override this or does this power give some protection from Pulse Wave?

For instance, if I've got a couple of Ninjas creeping up the map along a wall and Thorbuster comes out ro do a Pulse Wave attack against them, are they screwed or do they have some protection from him?

They can still be targeted by Pulsewave, they are characters and not Walls or blocking terrain.
