Compare that to the previous wording on the power:

I've underlined the textual differences. This looks to mean that:
A) The Flash's controlling player may now choose which subsequent turn to bring him back at, and
B) If The Flash has only one teammate, if that teammate is Mind Controlled, The Flash would be KO'ed even though the Mind Controlled teammate would become friendly again after the action resolved.

Am I wrong somewhere?
1. No, he still has to come back on your next turn. Or he doesn't come back..
2. I wouldn't think so, but I'm not sure.

1) the way it reads you can bring him back at the beginning of your turn, does not matter which one.
2) No, because you would still need to complete the action and the figure would return. Possession and Capture though would KO him.

According to this line: "If there are no other friendly characters on the map while he is removed from the map, he is KO'd." in the new PG, it does not matter that there will be a friendly player coming back at the resolution of an action. By the wording, if there is no one friendly on the map at all, he is KO'd. Also solves the double Flash gripe.
