if I outwit a power and then they outwit my outwit does the figure i outwitted get their power back or is it still gone?

Also, if you lose outwit due to damage then an opponents power is returned as well.

Same with Perplex, right? If you Outwit a character's Perplex power, the modifier is lost? Or if the perplexer pushes or takes damage which causes them to lose Perplex on their dial, the power is lost as well?

I searched the forums and the answer that coincides with what I am saying above was from a thread posted almost a year ago. Just making sure things haven't changed in the meantime.
