Can a Character with Multiple Range Lightning Bolts Target multiple Friendly character with T.K.?

No.

Give this character a power action and designate a target character or object (A) and a destination square (B). This character, A, and B must all be within 8 squares and line of fire of each other. Place A in B. If A is a character, it must be a single base character and possess the symbol. If A is an opposing character, make a close or ranged combat attack that deals no damage against A, and only place the character in B if the target is hit. If A is an object and B is occupied by an opposing character, this character may make a ranged combat attack targeting the character occupying B, dealing object damage and destroying the object.


The entire power is written with reference to A (whether A is a character or object). It is not written with reference to multiple As.

Furthermore, the number of only indicate how many targets a character can attack with a ranged combat attack. In many instances, TK doesn't even involve a ranged combat attack.

No. The description of TK explains that you target a single person. Moreover, targeting a friendly is not an attack. The only applies to attacks.

Of course, even though TK is an attack when targeting an enemy. the description still makes it clear you only affect one figure even when targeting an opposing figure.

Can a friendly character be Tk'd then can the friendly make an action?

Yes. They cannot however then use TK themselves.

You cannot use telekenisis after you been telekinesed. Only person that can use double telekenisis is gsx magneto.
