I apologize if any of these questions are silly or noobish. The rules for colossi are confusing to say the least, as each has different special abilities and immunities, half of which aren't stated anywhere.
Do all colossi have Capture, or only specific ones? If only a few, which?
ggG003 Master Mold's trait (one of many) For reference:
SENTINEL MANUFACTURER: Give Master Mold a power action. If your force on the map except for Master Mold is less then 300 points, you may place a character on the map adjacent to Master Mold. The placed character's name must include "Sentinel", it must possess the Robot keyword, and the placed character's point value must be less than or equal to the current number on the Factory Dial.
If I were to use this ability and place a legal character adjacent to Master Mold, would that character be able to take an action of any kind that turn?
Do additional characters added this way score your opponent victory points?
If I had 299 points of additional pieces on my team, and used the above trait, would I be able to place a 300pt Sentinel on my team, assuming the factory dial allowed?
I'm told Master Mold can be given two double power actions while using multi-attack. Can he continue to use multi-attack using Colossal Stamina? If Master Mold has two action tokens, can he use colossal stamina to be given a double power action without using multi-attack?
ggG001 Galactus' trait (also one of multiple):
YOU SHALL NOT HARM MY MASTER: Whenever Galactus takes damage, place a Revenge token on this card. At the beginning of your turn, remove all Revenge tokens and give your Herald that many actions as free actions this turn.
I've heard that the herald is not able to use the same ability more than once via the above trait, That they could move, move and attack, and use as many combat actions as different powers and revenge tokens allowed in one turn, but no two of the same action. If true, what are the restrictions on this?

Only those Colossals who have the Capture ability as a part of their rules may use the Capture ability. It is not inherent to being a Colossal.
None of the GG Colossals can Capture.

I believe so, as long as you have enough actions in your pool to allow it.

Yes. Any character, when defeated, gives its point cost in VP's to the opponent. It does not matter that they were brought in, mid-game.

Yes, he can be given two DPA's with Multiattack, as each would be a Free Action.
Yes, he can continue to use Multiattack with Colossal Stamina.
No, he cannot be given a DPA (without Multiattack making it a free action) while he already has one or two tokens on him, regardless of Colossal Stamina.

thanks in advance.
You cannot activate the same effect as a free action twice in one turn, unless specified otherwise in a game effect's rules (for example, Multiattack specifically allows a character to be given the same action twice as a free action).
So, for example, if I were playing #209 Silver Surfer as Galactus' Herald, and Galactus had three Revenge tokens, I could use one for a Ranged Combat Action to attack an opposing character, one for a Power Action to use Hypersonic Speed, and one for a Close Combat Action to attack an opposing character, all as free actions. But I would not be able to use two or more Revenge tokens to activate HSS.

Only those colossals whose rules inserts say that hey can use Capture can use Capture. This means the old Sentinels (not the GSX ones) and maybe Sinestro and Dark Phoenix.

There is nothing indicating that they couldn't, so they can.

Yes. If your opponent KO's a character that was brought in the game through some mechanic, your opponent scores the points for that character.

Yes you could, because your team excluding MM is less than 300 points. The 300 points is a limit as to when you can still put new figures on the map. It is not the limit of how much extra figures you can have.

Yes to both.

The general rule is that you can't use a free action to do the same thing twice.
No, he cannot be given a DPA (without Multiattack making it a free action) while he already has one or two tokens on him, regardless of Colossal Stamina.
What would make you think this?
Colossal stamina allows the character to make a non-free action at the cost of unavoidable damage if the character has two tokens. There is nothing limiting what that non-free action can be, so it can be a DPA.
EDIT: Nevermind, I checked the PG that has this line: In order to use a double power action as a non-free action, a figure must be able to be given two action tokens.
