Hi. I'm getting an Edward Nigma and a indestructible dumpster soon and I have a lot of question about the specifics that my judge just doesn't know.
K so when you pick up Ed or any other character you remove them from the map and than place them next to you when your done with that action right? Do you remove the object from the map when you pick it up too? If not than where is the object exactly, is it under the character, or can I make that decision for myself and put it adjacent to the character?
I also heard that there is a rule that you can decide not to use any power you don't want to use, so if you want to push a character that has you can just say you don't want to use that power for this action, is that a real rule? If it is than can I decide not to use my superstrength any more so I can just drop the object in front of me?
And one last question about Ed. If you are carrying Ed can you still use his (A MAN REBORN?: Edward Nigma can use Enhancement and Mastermind. When an action token would be given to a character adjacent to Edward Nigma, you can instead give it to Edward Nigma and roll a d6; on a result of 1, deal 1 unavoidable damage to the adjacent character.) I'm just wondering because he is removed from the map when you carry him, so when exactly does that character get a token for carrying? Is it before Ed is removed or after?

Correct.
Held objects can still have effects on the map, and you should have the character so it is easy to see he has a held object.

If a power says you need to give them an action to activate, then you have to give that specific action to use that power/ability. Otherwise the power/ability must say "May" in order to give options such as willpower. Indomitable does not give options, the willpower granted by it can.

Tokens are given "as actions resolve" so it will be after he has already been placed.

Sort of. The character that is carried is placed when the movement is over. Sometimes the movement ends when the action resolves, sometimes not. For example, a plain old move action would place the Carried character as the action resolves. But using Charge would cause the character to be placed after the movement ends, but before the free close combat action is used.

The object is removed, yes. How you choose to indicate that, and indicate who is holding the object, is up to you. I'll sometimes actually have the character hold the object, if the sculpt is up to the task. Other times, I'll place the object under the character or balance it on the edge of the base.

No, you can't just decide not to use any power or ability. It sounds like you heard a badly paraphrased version of the Activating Powers and Abilities from page 16 of the rule book. I really, REALLY recommend you read that whole section.
As that section specifically relates to your two examples:
Imdomitable lets a character use Willpower. Willpower says that the character MAY ignore pushing damage. So Willpower will always be used (you can't turn powers off), but that "may" gives you a choice: you can take the pushing damage if you wish.
Super Strength says you MAY pick up an object... after that, there is no more built in optionality. Once an object is held, you can't get rid of it outside of attacking with it or losing Super Strength (damage, Outwit, etc).

Action tokens are assigned as the action resolves. So long as Edward Nigma is adjacent at that time (and he should be if he was Carried), then he can be given the token.
Thank you for the info guys. I still have more questions about the object when it's being held tho if you don't mind clearing up some more stuff for me.
Can you attack and destroy an object that a character is holding even tho it's not on the map? Because people have done that to me before but it doesn't make sence if it's not on the map.
Also if someone like winter soldier (who has the symbol so he can be carried) is picked up by an ally will winter soldier drop the object, or will he still be holding it when he lands?
And the last question I have is this: if my winter soldier (who has superstrength and stealth on his first click) is holding an object will he get a hindering terrain bonus, putting him in stealth?

Do you have a copy of the latest documentation (Rules, PAC, etc)? These questions are addressed there and you could whip 'em out and show them to people when they try this stuff on you. If not, you can either download them for free at heroclix.com (link to rules in my signature) or buy a LotR or Street Fighter Starter set (both have the latest print version of the rules and PAC).

Page 19 of the rules:
HOLDING AN OBJECT
A character can hold only one object at a time. A character can’t drop an object once it is held. An object held by a character can’t normally be targeted, destroyed, or taken away from the holding character. To dispose of a held object, the character must use it in an attack. If, however, a character holding an object is defeated or loses the ability to use Super Strength, the character automatically drops the object, which stays in the square the character occupied when it was defeated or the power was lost. If there is already an object in the square when an object is dropped,
the dropped object is removed from the game.
Some characters *do* have special powers or abilities that let them target held objects (e.g. Molecule Man, Cyborg Superman), but most of the time that would be a "No".

From the PAC:
Carry
When moving as a result of being given an action, this character may carry one friendly character. When this ability is used, modify this character's speed value by –2 until the end of the action. Only characters with a combination of the following symbols can be carried: , , , , , , . If a character has any other combat symbols or is holding an object it cannot be carried. To be carried, the friendly character must be adjacent to this character at the beginning of this character's action. When this character ends its movement for the action, the carried character must be placed in a square adjacent to this character. While being carried, a carried character is not adjacent to any character nor can it draw a line of fire until placed at the end of this character's movement for the action. A character which has been carried this turn can't be given an action (other than a free action) until the beginning of the next turn.

OBJECTS AS TERRAIN
A square containing an object not held by a character is hindering terrain.
