Think I must be misunderstanding something. The way the League reads and how I'd always seen done is if you're choosing a sidebar home team, you're also choosing first set-up (as we can choose order of set-up and who takes first turn). So I've been waiting on you to place first.

Technically home chooses who goes first and which side. Then the opponent sets up and home sets up. But many times home decides to set up at the same time.
