Must know, officially... Can a soaring character ranged combat a grounded character? I heard otherwise... that a soaring character can't make a ranged combat shot against a target on the ground. Can we get some sort of official statement on this? It states in the rules (just halve the range when shooting against a soaring character, and a soaring character halves his range when shooting a ground character) that ranged combat can. Can someone clarify this?

Soaring characters can be the target of ranged combat, but cannot make a ranged combat attack

Soaring figures can only attack other soaring figures. Grounded figures can attack soaring figures at half range.

Can a soaring figure outwitt a grounded figure??

Nope. I know it's in a thread here somewhere. Basically, a soaring figure can only affect other soaring figures.
