if your using the Defed super power to share your defense value, do you share what ever the dial shows? for example if the defense value is 18, but that characeter is in hindering terrain, making her defense 19. do adjacent friendly figures have a defense value of 18 or 19??

The hindering terrain bonus does not transfer through the Defend superpower, so only the printed 18 defense will transfer.

lets supposed everyone, including invisible woman who has the defend super power are in hindering terrain. now does everyone have a defense of 19? or how does that work?

yep...they all have an 18 DV from IG, plus, if they are all in hingering, it is now a 19...and if they have ES/D on top of that, DV is boosted to 21 at range....very ugly...
