Correct me if I'm wrong, but are there 2 hues of blue (light blue & dark blue)?

See, I'm confused. Sentinel has blue squared attack and according to the Powers & Abilities Card, blue squared attack is Incapacitate. Then again, the Clobberin' Time new power card stated that blue squared attack is Mind Control.

--It makes sense if Sentinel has the Incapacitate ability rather than Mind Control. So which is which?

Yes, there are two different types of 'blue'

Light blue in the Speed is Mind Control.

Light blue in the Attack is Incapacitate. This is what the Sentinel has.

Dark Blue in the Speed is Plasticity.

Dark Blue in the Attack is Psychic Blast.

Why yes, thank you. That clears up a lot of confusion. But I must admit their hues aren't strikingly different, they both look almost the same colour.

Then again I might not have any figure which has dark blue squared power to differentiate with.

The Light Blue will always have a number in it that is Black.

The Dark Blue will always have a number in it that is White.
