This is an easy one. Our play group has insisted that with the Power Cosmic TA (or Quintessence) , if they were to colossal push for that third time, they DO NOT incur the 1 penetrating damage from going again...and again.
However, I've been told that's not the case. Leaving it up to vox populii (or Orange Populii).
Depends on the individual colossal. Some of the older ones have specific rules that prevent the unavoidable (not penetrating) Damage, while the newer ones do not.

OK. So that's where we originally got it from. For the sake of all purposes, lets assume we're talking about the GG forms of Galactus and Ziran.

Exactly this. IIRC, the older Colossals that say "you can basically push indefinitely" still have those rules. So like (for instance) SCAM can push indefinitely, but the new Galactus cannot.
Of course, I could be wrong, so might as well wait for a citrus to answer.

Yes, if I am remembering their rules correctly, you have it right. The colossals from GSX forward would take one unavoidable Damage for every non free action turn after acting 2 turns in a row.
