I have a couple of GG mole men interaction questions.
IH-201 Hulk special power:
GUNS MAKE HULK MAD!:#Modify Hulk's attack and damage values by +1 for each time he was targeted by a ranged attack since your last turn.
If I had 3 friendly mole men mind control the hulk in one turn, I believe the special power would not increase the attack and damage during the mind controlled attacks, but after the hulk makes his mind controlled attacks he can make a normal attack with a +3 to his damage and attack. Is that correct?
Superman Set 051 Swamp Thing Special Power:
NATURE'S ASSAULT:#Give Swamp Thing a free action and choose any number of characters occupying a square of printed hindering terrain within 4 squares. Deal 1 damage to the chosen characters.

The check is made each time Hulk would actually use his combat values.
MM #1 MC's Hulk (presumably at range). The free action is used to make Hulk attack: Was Hulk targeted by a ranged combat attack since your last turn? Yes? No? If 'yes', increase his AV and damage value by the number of times.
MM #2 MC's Hulk (again, presumably at range). The free action is used to make Hulk attack: Was Hulk targeted by a ranged combat attack since your last turn? Yes? Yes, by (at the very least) MM #1 and his ranged MC attack. If 'yes', increase his AV and damage value by the number of times. So, his AV and damage value are increased by at least +1.
MM #3 MC's Hulk (again, presumably at range). The free action is used to make Hulk attack: Was Hulk targeted by a ranged combat attack since your last turn? Yes? Yes, by (at the very least) MM #1 and MM#2 and their ranged MC attack. If 'yes', increase his AV and damage value by the number of times. So, his AV and damage value are increased by at least +2.
And so on.

Sure. Just like each time you MC a character you could use its Outwit, or give it a move action, or use HSS, or whatever.

I'm pretty sure that that answer is yes, but I want to make sure. If I use a team of all Mole Man, assuming that I hit every mind control (and each one mind controls another), I effectively have 2 Outwits per Mole Man?

Maybe more.
MM #1 uses Outwit.
MM #2 MC's MM #1. MM #1 uses Outwit again.
MM #3 MC's MM #1. MM #1 uses Outwit again.
MM #4 MC's MM #1. MM #1 uses Outwit again.
And so on...
And then MM #2 uses Outwit.
MM #1 MC's MM #2. MM #2 uses Outwit again.
MM #3 MC's MM #2. MM #2 uses Outwit again.
MM #4 MC's MM #2. MM #2 uses Outwit again.
And so on and so on...
Not really sure what exactly you do with that team other than a whole lot of countering and MC-ing, but you could try it.
Would the outwit end at the resolution of the mind control, or could 1 character on my team actually be outwitting 4 powers until the beginning of my next turn? If his outwit is outwitted, all 4 powers should come back immediately, right? Or do you have to also affect the mind controllers to get those powers back before that next turn?

Outwit
Give this character a free action to counter a power or a combat ability possessed by a single target opposing character until the beginning of your next turn. Any game effects with a duration specified by the countered power or combat ability are removed. A character using this power must be within 10 squares and line of fire to the target.
That's how long Outwit lasts. Nothing in either this description, or in the MC description, alters that timing.
So unless the Mole Men actually lose Outwit somehow, the effect will last until your (the person who made them use Outwit) next turn.
In you example it looks like you are giving multiple not free actions to the Mole Men.
The way I see this you could use outwit once for each Mole Man as a free action on their own, and once for each non free action to use mind control of a Mole Man (ie if you have 4 Mole Men and make 4 successful mind control actions, you could use outwit 8 times).
When is the Hulk officially considered to have been targeted by an attack?
Would he be considered targeted by the original attack?
1) Mole Man uses MC targeting Hulk
2) Rolls dice, hits hulk
3) Hulk gets free action
Since 1 and 2 occur prior to the free action, shouldn't hulk get +1 from that MC?
or is he not considered targeted until after MC completely resolves, which would include Hulk's free action.
Doesn't the AVM Bruce Banner's power lend weight to this argument?
CAUGHT ON THE RUN: When an opposing character would make an attack targeting Bruce Banner, you may roll a d6. On a result of 6, you may replace Bruce Banner with a AVM #014 Hulk on its orange starting line before the attack is made. Existing action tokens are applied to the replacement, and the attack now targets Hulk.
If a character is not considered targeted until after the action resolves, then wouldn't Bruce never get to use his power?
Similarly with Shape Change
When this character is chosen as the target of an attack, you may
roll a d6. On a result of 5 or 6, the attacker can’t target this character with an attack this turn and the attacker may choose another target character instead. The attacker then makes the attack unless there are no targets, in which case the action resolves without an attack.
The character is a target before the attack roll is ever made. Which gives me a follow up question. If Hulk had shape change(say from the Gauntlet), then would a successful SC roll still increase his attack, because he was targeted at one point.
I tried to look through the rule book, but could not find any definite statement that says when a character has been considered targeted. Not saying it isn't in there, but errata can end up in weird places sometimes.
