If each team has its own Larfleeze, can one Larfleeze use the opposing characters' Orange Constructs?
Yes. All of Larfleeze's game effects stipulate how he interacts with all Orange Constructs. It does not specify "his" Orange Constructs in any way.
So
I have 2 Larfleeze on my team:
Larfleeze unique 75Aniversary and FF Larfleeze.
1. Larfleeze unique takes a power action to place the orange construct
2. FF Larfleeze takes a move action.
3. Orange then construct can move too?
No. From his trait: "Whenever Larfleeze is moved, after actions resolve you may move any or all Orange Construct objects an equal amount." Whenever a power or ability refers to the character, it means THAT character. So the trait is referring to Larfleeze the card belongs to, not any Larfleeze on the map.
If both you and your opponent are playing the DC75 Larfleeze, both of them have the trait, and since it does not specify they have to be your orange constructs, you can move your opponents. But the WotL Larfleeze does not have the trait, so would not get to move any orange constructs when he moves.
As much as I've gotten used to saying mithmyrr is correct, because he almost always is, he is incorrect here.
Nothing in Larfleeze's says that HIS orange tokens are the ones that he moves or acts through. Check out the Final Word, which says, in part:

Sorry, Suttkus, maybe I did not make myself clear in my post. I am not going against what the final word says. I'm saying the Final Word ONLY applies to DC75 Larfleeze, not any other Larfleeze that may come out (like the new War of the Light Fast Forces).
The DC75 Larfleeze has the trait and SP to make and do stuff with the Orange Constructs (OCs). Any other figure treats them as objects. Per the Final Word, if I move my DC75 Larfleeze, I get to move all OCs on the board, including my opponents. If my opponent moves his DC75 Larfleeze, he gets to move all the OCs, including mine.
The WotL FF Larfleeze does not have any traits or SPs dealing with the OCs. If he moves, he does not get to move any constructs. So if I have both the DC75 and the WotL Larfleeze, the DC75e pops out an OC, then the WotL moves, no OCs get to move.
Yeah, the reason any DC75 Larfleeze can interact with any Orange Construct is because all DC75 Larfleezes have the trait that tells you what to do with Orange Constructs. The War of Light Larfleeze has no such trait.
