Suppose Dr. Strange can use pulsewave via the IG or something,
and he has selected an opposing character, some where on the map for his special power.

If there are no other character's in Dr Stranges range/line of fire. Can he use pulsewave to single target attack the chosen character from anywhere on the map? Regardless of whoever is around said character?
If there are other characters in range and lof, would the chosen character still be part of the attack and take 1 damage(provided they were hit)?

I typed in "Dr. Strange pulse wave" into the search, and the thread that chrisdomil linked was the first result.

So that indicates to me that it wasn't a case of the search failing, but of you not even trying to use it.

His response was a bit harsh, but he has a point. Using the search function saves time and is courteous to the other posters so that they don't have to keep answering the same question multiple times.

I didn't search. I read these forums enough I thought I would have seen it if it had come up before. i didn't, I was wrong. I just used that line as a vessel to call out the unwelcome attitude.

I was in a hurry, and I am not without fault, However, I think it's good to draw a distinction between an honest mistake and overtly choosing to be a jerk. That said, his was a short comment, he probably didn't even mean it that strongly. So there is no point in going on about it. I'll close this thread now, cause this isn't the forum for it. No hard feeling to anyone involved, but if you would like continue to discuss how I may or may not be awful, I am accepting PMs.
