I think I am understanding this rule correctly. If I were to use Hollywood for an Avengers themed team than I WOULD NOT be allowed to use his Guardians of the Galaxy ATA? Is this right?

No, it isn't right.
Playing an Avengers themed team does not make the other keywords a character might have magically disappear. Hollywood would still have the GotG keyword so he could still be assign the GotG ATA.
The only issue you might have is you can't use more than one ATA per team. So if you had Hawkeye on the same team, you could use both Great Lakes Avengers and GotG... you'd have to pick one or the other.
Thank you for your reply! That is awesome news to me because since I am such a new clix player, 90% of my 200 or so clix is either GG or Avengers Movie sets! To my knowledge, I do not see an ATA for Avengers keyword so using Hollywood on an Avengers team might be beneficial for me. Now I must conjure up a couple of options now that I know this information! I love this game!

^^^This is the only issue I have with the current/upcoming rules. They really need to change this. Keep everything else about the ATA's the same. Just add that no more than 1 ATA can be assigned per character. But I see no reason why in this day and age of figures having 2,3,4 sometimes 5 TA's not being able to assign 2 different ATA's to the same team.
I'm really seeing no problem with playing an Avengers theme, But having Hollywood using the GotG ATA, Hawkeye using GLA, and Wolverine using the Hand or X-Force. I understood why it was there, but these days it doesn't need to be.
So please MR. RA, and My fellow realmsers that have more pull than me,. Please start begging Wizkids to change this.

WildTurkey: What happens when you have characters whose keywords overlap, thereby causing them to be eligible for multiple TAs, one of which is the ATA you're assigning to another character? It could just be too confusing and could lead to "this character has ATA X and this character could have both ATA X and ATA Y, but he doesn't have X". Sometimes I'd like to run multiple ATAs per team, but as it is I think it's just best from a practical standpoint that it remain disallowed.
To add to ManiacClown's discussion, lets say (in the non-Highlander style of HCRealms) I want to play an 800 point team of 4 identical Hawkeyes, 4 identical Wolverines and assign SOME of them an X-Force ATA, some a GLA ATA and some other ATA like Thunderbolts or whatever. How in the HECK are you going keep track of WHICH Hawekye has WHICH ATA?
Not that I think you should be able to use multiple ATAs, but, you'd keep track of it the same way you'd keep track of which Wolverine took 3+ damage from the GSX Sabretooth, or was targeted by perplex, or outwit, or any other effect that lasts longer than an action. Just because it's inconvenient and difficult doesn't mean it can't be done.
ManiacClown's argument was better and more relevant to why you can use multipe ATAs.
The ATA rules are fine the way they are. These are not feats. If you want to be able to use more than one ATA per force, house rule it.
Funny things those house rules... people always seem to forget about 'em.
Seriously, if you WANT to do something, anything, house rule it. Talk to your judge or venue and get it implemented. If you want to have a rules that makes Wolverine deal full 6 damage each time he uses BCF as long as you yell out SNIKT! when you roll to attack, that's cool with house rules.
The only time this stuff really matters is events like Nationals and Worlds. No house rules for WK sponsored events. But in your own home or venue? Knock yourself out.
In other words, the only thing keeping you from using multiple ATAs is... you
