Quick question. If I have multiple figures with leadership and lets say 3 out of 4 of them roll a 5 or 6 I would add 3 actions to my total allotment correct?

Yes that is correct. Leadership now stacks, so if you have 3 characters with leadership and they all got the 5-6 to make the power successful, they add that amount actions to their action pool and can remove tokens from any adjacent friendlies lower pointed than them.
