I was browsing the Tournament Rules and came across this
Conceding: A player may concede a game to an opponent once the game has begun. A player who concedes is given a loss, 0 victory points and all characters on that player’s force are immediately defeated. The conceding player’s opponent is awarded a win and earns victory equal to the opponent's force total or his current earned victory points, whichever is higher.
and I'm just trying to wrap my head around what this, and especially that last (in red), means.
When it says "opponent's force total" is that the conceding player's opponent, or his opponent?
When it says "his current earned victory points", which player is "his" referring to?
Does "current earned victory points" mean total for the event, or that round?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

The conceding player is the opponent. So that conceding player's force total.

The "conceding player’s opponent" is the subject of the sentence. His refers to the conceding player’s opponent.

No, it means that if I, through Capture, Vendetta, repeated spawing of Madrox, etc., have actually managed to score more than your normal force total before you concede, I get to keep those extra points.
So if you concede, I get whichever is higher: your normal team build or what I've actually earned.
Ah, thanks. I don't know if it' really that hard to understand or if I just didn't get enough caffeine today...
