It seems that the Brotherhood has some great figs, but it's a bit hard to make a cohesive army out of them. The lack of fliers hurts significantly, IMHO.
Here is my try at a 300 pt Brotherhood team. What would YOU include in a 300 pt all brotherhood team? Any figures I should have included? Dropped?
V Magneto = 103 pts
V Sabretooth = 69 pts
V Pyro = 42 pts
R Mystique = 34 pts
R Quicksilver = 18 pts
E Toad = 30 pts
= 296
One option would be to reduce Sabretooth to E and put in a R Destiny...
What goes into a GOOD brotherhood team? Let's discuss what it takes to get the brotherhood into fighting form.
V magneto is a must
E juggy is a good addition
any toad, but preferably E is good too
TK juggy (carrying something) into someone and smack em, then make toad either charge into someone or just get to someone to tie them up. Have mystique there to perplex dammage or stats, destiny for PC, pyro to snipe and barrier
then when most of your guys are worn out (as are your opponents' guys) bring out your v magneto and start killing the weakened units
Avalanche E
Magneto V
Pyro V
Sabertooth E
Spiral U (was part of Mystique's Freedom Force)
Destiny R
298
This team is VERY strong indoors, where you can set up a barrier every turn. If Sabertooth or Spiral is diagnal to an opponent, you can BCF, then barrrier protecting them from return fire. Generally speaking, if you use Sabertooth and Spiral early, targeting the nasty pieces, Magneto can be uninjured in the end, where he is great at cleaning up, and very hard to hit. Destiny rerolls BCF, regen, and attacks on Magneto.
