It would really come down to dice. If you could include some kind of TK, then it would do much better. One of the teams at my IG8 was Genis Vell w/ a FF Scarlet Witch and some other support. On the shrine map you can pretty much get genis anywhere w/ one TK and his RS.
The good thing is that you've got multiple primary attackers, so sentroid is going to have to make the difficult choice of what to go after.
I had to play against 6 Sentriod teams at my venue and the only teams that ended up beating them was a Chase thanos killbox.
I'd run something like this-

33 CW010 Donald Blake
105 CW044 Crystal
98 CW039 Hawkeye
8 ATA004 Thunderbolts

A team at my venue w/ dormy actually did pretty well. W/ his regen and don't support, he can keep going for a long time.
Crystal is really good for braking up C Thanos/Sentroid support formations, and crating chaos w/ their formations (plus she's mad awesome w/ empowerment).
I think you'll have problems with Ventry teams. Especially min/maxed ones with TK, support and perplex pit crews. You just don't have the mobility to catch him and when only 2 of your 4 figs have mystics Ventry can just ignore them and beat on Kang and Donald for a points lead and then make you chase him down.
If you're going to go the mystics route make sure all of your figs have it, that way no matter who Ventry tags, he's gonna lose HSS after two hits. Aside from that, some TK would go a long way to running down that coward Ventry.

Good suggestions! I'm hopefully gonna be doing a lot of playtesting this week with my buddy. I think Genis-Vell is REALLY effective against Ventry, personally, but I have a last minute team that includes 250 Dormy too. *Evil Grin*...

That sounds pretty solid. But honestly, I'd drop Gamma Bomb for IG + Soul or Time. Soul specially if you think you're running against many Mystics teams and if you think relying solely on Blake to counter is too risky.
