Shazam and Ambidextrous

Can I give SHazam from the Shazam/BA duo Ambidextrous even though he has a 0 range value, he gains range from his SP.

You can give any figure any feat. Keep in mind that Ambidextrous has a minimum cost of 12 points though.

Ah yes, then, would it work (IE- give him

when he had that SP)
